To ensure that the aims and objectives of the Trust are achieved on an ongoing basis, the Trust is administered by Sir Richard Hadlee (Patron), Trust Chairman John Campbell, and Trustees - Pamela Lindsay, Karen Hadlee, and Nicholas Hadlee

Sir Richard played international cricket for New Zealand from 1973-1990, and during his cricket career became the first bowler in test history to capture 400 wickets, ultimately holding four world records.
Richard is Director of RJ Hadlee Promotions Ltd which involves promotional and public relations work, and he is an international motivational and after-dinner speaker.
He is a New Zealand Cricket Board member and the Brand Ambassador for Christchurch International Airport and Ecoglo. He supports other charitable organisations including Shelter Box and Glaucoma New Zealand.

John recently retired as CEO of a Christchurch precision metal manufacturing company. His commercial roots were in scientific analytical instrumentation, but he moved into computer storage media and componentry to found one of the country's largest distributors in that industry sector.
He is currently President of Tennis Canterbury and is serving in his seventh year as President of The Burnside Park Tennis Club, Inc.
With a strong passion for music, John co-founded Flaxwood Festival, an annual charitable event which has so far raised over $250,000 for the local community.

Pamela is the owner of Public Relations South Limited. She has substantial industry experience and a strong track record in project-based internal and external strategic PR business communications, working in both public and private sectors.
She has project managed Canterbury's highest profile and longest running sporting awards annual event, The Sir Richard Hadlee Sports Trust Canterbury Sportsperson of The Year Awards for 21 years.
Her focus remains committed to ongoing excellence in Canterbury business and sporting development. She is also a Trustee of The Christchurch Casinos Charitable Trust.

Nicholas was educated at Christ's College and Canterbury University and is now a practice lead and software consultant with Intergen. He has worked in the IT industry for the last 10 years and is actively involved in the Australasian software community as a speaker and organiser of local and regional software events.
His interest in sport has been fuelled by growing up amongst a sporting family where he usually fulfils the role of spectator or armchair critic as well as playing a variety of sports at a social level.

Karen is a sales executive at Bupa, having worked for many years in the aged care sector.
She has represented New Zealand internationally as part of the New Zealand Women’s Cricket Team and also enjoyed a successful period with Canterbury Women’s Cricket.
In addition to being a Trustee of the Sir Richard Hadlee Sports Trust, Karen also Chairs The Christchurch Casinos Charitable Trust Board, and The New Zealand Charitable Foundation.
